Chipping Norton is a superbly situated small town on the edge of the renowned Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  It has numerous amenities including supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and can even boast its own lido and theatre - all just a stroll away.  

You can just hop on a bus to get to historic Oxford and Woodstock (and the majestic Blenheim Palace).  We are also just 8 miles from Soho Farmhouse, 19 miles from Bicester Village, and only 22 miles from Shakespeare's Stratford-Upon-Avon. 

Please note, Chipping Norton is 'famously' the highest town in the Cotswolds with a topography to match.  We aren't talking 90% gradients here, but it is a little bit hilly.  If your preference is for the horizontal and/or you are unsure on your feet, please do contact us if you would like any additional information. 

Elba House is also a 3 storey property on a hill, with steps to the rear.  It may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
